In Dialogue

In Dialogue is an annual, interdisciplinary journal for the practice, history and philosophy of holistic science. Holistic science is broadly conceived as paradigms in which the part is seen in the context of, or as an expression of, the whole. Exemplars of holistic science include Aristotle’s biology, Goethe’s scientific studies, Hegel’s historical philosophy, projective geometry, gestalt psychology, Wittgenstein’s linguistic phenomenology, quantum theory, systems theory. 

Submissions:

We welcome articles between 4,000 and 8,000 words in length and book reviews. Citations can be in footnotes or author-date with references at the end and should follow the Chicago Style www.chicagomanualofstyle. The next volume is on the theme of “The Evolution of Consciousness”. Articles and book reviews for this volume should be submitted by October 2024.
