Running over three days, this experiential workshop takes as its basis the meditative indications of Rudolf Steiner, exploring the theme of meditation as creative act.
The workshop opens on Friday at 19.00 with a presentation on working with music as a practice for tuning the instrument of meditation and life. On Saturday we will begin by exploring Steiner’s treatment of plants in his early works. From there, the Rose Cross meditation will be introduced in theory and practice. The Saturday will conclude with dialogue and exchange. On Sunday, the potential of rose-gold colloid will be explored. A final plenum will look at themes of decisions, responsibility, freedom, commitment in relation to meditation.
All are welcome.
