From Contemplation to Meditation

THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL

This experiential weekend seminar offers a path from contemplative practice grounded in a Goethean approach to phenomenon, to deepening into the practice of meditation as taught by Rudolf Steiner.

The weekend will begin by working contemplatively with the substance of gold in its different forms, exploring it using Goethean science. From there, the seminar will explore the rose, its form, qualities, and attributes. The weekend will then turn to the activity of meditation itself.

In this way the seminar offers a gentle progression from working with the substances of nature, to working with the substance of the soul and spirit.

All are welcome.
