To find our navigation through life it helps to understand the deep connection between our childhood and adult life. Finding inner peace with the issues of our childhood empowers us to respond to our future destiny call and to discover the meaning in our life story. We begin to experience ourselves as an artist shaping the raw material of our life in relation to ‘who I am and who I wish to become’. The workshop will include short, succinct talks on the anthroposophical understanding of the human being, transactional analysis, biographical laws, artistic and biographical exercises. We will also work in pairs and small groups – all of which aim to foster new awareness and understanding, integration, self-forgiveness and self-development and deep interest in the other. Karin Jarman will facilitate a colour experience within an artistic process in connection with Susanna’s rendering of the Inner Child work to awaken a connection with the world of colour being related to the world of our feelings and emotions.
